The Outreach Committee responds to various health and pastoral needs within the Centre Church community.
A Health Ministry coordinates our blood donations through the Blood Bank of Central Pennsylvania, publishes health information in our newsletter, and provides weekly blood pressure clinics following Sunday worship. Other assistance such as transportation to medical appointments and assistance with medications is also available.
Additional ministries include providing meals at least twice a month to a housebound member and delivering meals to those in crisis or transition due to illness, death, hospitalization, or the birth of a baby.
The Outreach Committee also folds the bulletin for the weekly church service and oversees the welcome cards that are places in the pews.
